Service 1 – For a Private Lender that receives a Mortgage Funding Request direct from a Potential Borrower

1. Private Lender provides an email introduction with the Borrower(s).
2. Our Brokerage will contact the Borrower(s) and underwrite the file.
3. Potential Outcomes:
   • Private Lender Funds the mortgage.
   • If Private Lender chooses not to fund the mortgage, our Brokerage will fund with a different Private Lender and Referring Private Lender receives a referral fee after funding.
   • Borrower(s) is not financeable.

Service 2 – For a Private Lender that needs an Existing Mortgage they have to a Borrower paid out before Maturity

1. Private Lender Provides an email introduction with the Borrower(s).
2. Our Brokerage will contact the Borrower(s) and underwrite the file.
3. Potential Outcomes:
   • If Borrower refinances and Private Lender’s mortgage is paid out.
   • If Borrower(s) is not financeable, an update will be provided.
