Service 1 – For a Private Lender that receives a Mortgage Funding Request direct from a Potential Borrower

  1. Private Lender provides an email introduction with the Borrower(s).
  2. Proceed with a full application with the Borrowers
  3. Broker/Agent will underwrite and review the file and supporting documents.
  4. Potential Outcomes:
    • If Borrower commits to a mortgage, The Private Lender will receive “First Right of Refusal” to fund the deal.
    • If Borrower commits, and you choose not to fund, file will be funded with a different Private Lender and a referral will be received.
    • If Borrower doesn’t proceed or there are no options available, an update will be provided.

Service 2 – For a Private Lender that needs an Existing Mortgage they have to a Borrower paid out before Maturity

  1. Private Lender Provides an email introduction with the Borrower(s).
  2. Proceed with a full application with the Borrowers
  3. Broker/Agent will underwrite and review the file and supporting documents.
  4. Potential Outcomes:
    • If Borrower refinances, then the Private Lenders mortgage is paid out
    • If Borrower doesn’t proceed or there are no options available, an update will be provided.
